Help does this sound like early pregnancy symptoms ?

Okay soo I'm only 17 and me and my boyfriend have been together for 2 years I normally have a irregular period but last month my period only lasted for like half a day, and for the past 2 days when I wipe I have a light brownish/ pink discharge, I have been peeing a lot more than usual and this morning I had like a milky discharge, I just feel weird my boobs have been sore and I've been having mild cramps and a back ache does this sound like pregnancy symptoms to you.. And does the discharge sound like implantation bleeding ?
