Help! I am confused and scared

Please help I don't know what to do, my partner and I had sexual relationships and we didn't have any protection and she was on her 4th day of her period. Another thing she has polycystic syndrome. I'm Pretty sure I pulled out but yet I don't what to think right now if she could get pregnant I'm really lost right now I don't know what to do
