HELP!!!!! I have just had my Graco Cleo and cant set it from pushchair to pram!

I have just had my Graco Cleo delivered and my husband and I have spent an hour and cant work out how it goes from the pushchair mode to the pram mode?? Has anyone got one? and do you need to take the liner off the buggy mode before it goes into pram mode? The instructions are not very clear and I am tearing my hair out! I have also had to phone them up as the cover has a rip in it and they are sending me another cover.
