help im going stir crazy with Q's !!!

i found out that i am or was 4 wks along and being rh- ,i had 3days of light spotting and 2 days of light clots then continued spotting up until 4 days ago after i recieved my rhogam shot,i went to the dr. this all being a week ago,on monday they were 42 he sais they were really low and that it was either coming or going but that i was like officially 3 days preg. so on wed my levels dropped to 35 he said i was miscarrying and gave me my shot on thurs,i am confused cause i never really had any bleeding and he said that the bleeding i did have was probably it and if anything else worried me to go back i dont know what to expect, my breasts are still swollen and tender,i get spurts of sickness and i'm still very tired would anyone know anything could there still be a possibility i'm preg. i took a test and it faintly says yes i know it takes a bit for levles to come down but mine were so low already that you would think that it wouldnt take that long if anyone could ease my mind i'd be greatful

i would defo request another blood draw hun, that early in pregnancy HCG levels can flucuate up and down and u may well still be pregnant and i agree by now ur levels should be back to 0 considering they were low wen first done and preg tests should be neg by now.

i bled very heavily from 5-8 weeks during this pregnancy and im now 30 week along so u could well still be preg bleeding and spotting is common in early pregnancy, either keep testing with home tests and if lines get darker ask for a scan and more bloods or u can go and ask for more bloods and if the level 5 or below then u know u sadly lost baby bean but if there up then defo request an early scan is done to make sure baby is ok and in right place.
