Hey ladies,
I have another question if anyone can give me advice i would be very grateful....
At the birth of my daughter on the 30th of April i had an epidural and about 4 days later i felt pain in my lower back, the pain moved over to the left side and is literally in my a** now! it really hurts me when out walking, i've told the nurse who visited me at home and since been to the doctor and they said it was normal... I'm on pain killers but i had to lower the dose as they were making me sleepy, doesn't help when you are looking after a new born and are feeding every 3 hrs and are exhausted anyway! the pills kill the pain but it still hurts when i go out for even a short walk. I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this? and if so how long until it goes and is there anything i can do to help with the pain other than pills? It's bringing me down, limping around and i don't feel like i can be a good mother in this state......
