I've been super tired & groggy for almost a week now. Yesterday I felt constipated for a few hours, well I went to the bathroom wiped and got light pink on the tp. About 20 mins later I try to go again still no luck, but when I wiped I got more on tp, a little more and the tiniest little clot. I've never had this. I forgot to log on my tracker so I'm off a few days but I'm about a week away from af. Idk what cycle day I'm on but what could this be I've never experienced this before. Sorry for tmi & the pic. Just need some advice .
