Things that have helped me x
make little changes ie, rather than white bread from an 800g loaf swap it for wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf
swap sugar for sweetner on cereal & in tea/coffee
Drink plenty of water
swap sweets/crisps/chocolate, for fruit x
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise
Allow yourself the odd naughty day, dont deprive yourself, as soon as you say your not allowed something you'll want it all the more (thats what i find anyway lol)
