HELP me im going mad here!!!!

its 450euro and i have paid a 50euro deposit...now if i cant get it back ill put the money off a cake for the OHs 30th in December,i have found another cake for 250euro its alot plainer but its 200 quid less here is it....................https://www.cakebox.ie/images/simply_elegant/wedding-cakes-10-08-067.jpg,i know alot of pic are taken with the cake so please help me decide...save 200 or have the fancier cake???im losing sleep over it!!!!!

I actully prefer the second one... you could put decorations around it or the table and things or go to a cake shop for mini edible roses that you could pop on yourself in the wedding color, but it really comes down to what you really want, you only get one wedding cake!

i really like the second cake too - love square ones look really nice and as the poster above said you could get some little edible flowes that match yours to put around it x

have to agree with the other ladies that I prefer the 2nd one! It's really lovely.

Much prefer the second one hun, just an idea if you feel its too plain.

You can buy sugar/edibal roses etc in different colours off ebay dead cheap or even coloured edible spray if you wanna give the ones youve already got a little bit of a colour...

I think its lovely the way it is but just another option for ya xx

deffo second one- it looks more classic. The first one is sooo fussy and the second one will never date. you could put some ribbon around each tier with a vintage brooch or just a bow. Gorgeous!!

I prefer the second one too the first one imo looks a bit too fussy with the train going down it and then the flower design on top of that. But then thats just me I prefer things simple lol. x

i know im shocked!!! she was so nice but tried at 1st to sway me with the fillings i wanted(all choc buscuit) she said all choc biscuit would be a loss to her (yeah right) but i got there in the end and my cake is ordered and just a balance of 200 instead of 400 is a good reason to celebrate so im havin a glass of wine
