Help me please!!

So i went to the RE yeaterday for what was supposed to be my 8-9 week scan, he did a transvaginal u/s and while doing it pretty quick and refusing me an abdominal u/s after telling me he couldnt find anything, i was furious and felt like i wanted to die. He kept saying "oh im just scanning around looking for a fetal pole w heartbeat" which makes absolutley no sense! i been to him 2 x 2 and 3 weeks ago and he we seen a heartbeat both times and he gave me pictures. Im going to upload the latest u/s and would appreciate if you girl would help me decypher what it is since he had no clue, and in my opinion did a poor job anyway. Im going to get a second opinion and im never going back there.

The first 2 are from yesterday and #3 is from 2 weeks ago and #4 is from 3 weeks ago. Even on my older u/s he would measure wrong in my opinion.

I'm really not sure about the scan pics, but I certainly feel like he should have been more informative with you. If you had a heartbeat on the last 2 scans then there should be heartbeat this time. A vaginal ultrasound is the recommended way to scan before 12 weeks just because you can see more. I would agree with getting a 2nd opinion. I hope everything turns out well.

Went to the er and my hcg was 9444, 8 WK gest sac, yolk sac and no baby...they said wait a week or 2 and have another scan...but Im pretty sure this won't end well. I can't believe this is happening all over again
