Help my boobs are agony

I am really hoping someone can help

19 weeks pregnant and today my boobs through the day have become more and more painful and hot. I've just looked and I've now got yellow blisters too all over the coloured part but not the rest of my boobs

Does anyone have any idea what it is? I feel like I need to sit with ice packs on!!

Sounds like it mite be an infection. Call doc or mw. Hope ur feeling better soon x
