help needed

Ok so I have lost 16lb so far when I started I lost 12lb then got stuck so I fell off the wagon for a week and gained 3-4lb. I've been back on two weeks and got down to 16lb weighed this morning even though my weigh in isn't til tomorrow and I am up half a pound despite eating well and excersising.

I eat up to 1500 but use my excersise bike daily and usually burn 3-400 calories leaving me at 1100 calories but sometimes 1200. I wouldn't think I was in starvation mode. I'm never really hungry I log my food into my fitness pal and granted I don't eat the cleanest but i always stay within the carbohydrate/sodium etc maybe go over sugar and fat by a few regular.

I was just wondering if anyone could help. It's hard not to get discouraged and fall off the wagon I'm trying not to.
 
I struggle with weight loss, even though I am very active everyday & eat low amount of calories. I find different times of the day, different foods I've eaten, if I've drank more or done more exercise that day .. can all increase my weight.

Hopefully it will come back off :)
 
Eat more food!!! 1100 calories is starvation. It isn't enough. especially if you are taking off what you are burning. use this equation to have a good idea of what you need to eat. This includes adding in calories you burn and subtracting calories to lose weight. If you don't want to lose weight and just want to maintain then skip the last subtraction.

Weight x 11 = baseline
Baseline + 400 (calorie burn for 30 min workout) = caloric needs
caloric need - 750 = target calories for weight loss

If the number is less than 1200 you round up to 1200. If the number is over 2300 then you round down to 2300.
