Hello, I'm recently engaged and have been trying to conceive since last November and I've never joined a website like this so I'm new to all this so I was just wondering if someone could explain a few things to me, would be very helpful, thank you. Firstly, what does AF/OPK etc... all stand for, it's probably me being dim but sometimes I don't follow what's being said Also, does anyone have any general helpful hints etc... that I might not be aware of when it comes to conceiving.

Hi fellow newbie

Trying to figure out the lingo can be hard goin lol

I found it easier to log on wif one page to babyandbump and open a new web page onto babyandbump and onto the lingo page so i can switch bak and forth when new words come up i dnt understand lolol

Just me tho find it easier!

I think a great thread that you should look at is the SMEP (sperm meets egg plan). I'm trying that plan this month and a lot of great ladies as well. Take care and good luck!
