Help Please , a few questions

i got a week old baby girl and her nipples are really hard like theres a lump in side ?? is that normal ...she has been sleeping all day pretty much and for the last night she was pretty good , but the others she was up all night . i had a c section done and its hard to keep getting up and down , my OH is sleeping right now , and i want him to understand im concerned but he just went back to sleep !!! she kinda wheezes when she sleeps or squeeks , im a new mom and im just nervous any advice would help , thanks ladies

it's just milk, dont panic. dont squeeze them and it will go away.

Yeah it's from your hormones, it's completely normal
