Help please red blotchy rash on 11 month old baby skin

My baby has been really unsettled tonight so I changed her nappy and she has this rash literally everywhere?

She's just finished her anti biotics (which she has taken before with no rash, same ones) as she has been unwell for 9 weeks!

I'm really concerned as to what it is? It's the middle of the night here

Has she eaten something unusual? Give the nurse line a call and take her temp etc

Thank you we are at A&E it's blistered and all over her face and body she has had a bad reaction to her antibiotics- lucky we took her when we did as they said it would of started blistering in her mouth etc. They've given her piriton and she's having a nap at last we have to wait four hours for her next observation to see of we can go home with medicine or if she has to stay in longer
