I am 8 days to my period I don't want to be pregnant I been feeling nauseous for the last 4 days frequent urinating last 2 days had heartburn and blood spots in the first urine of the day and only that urine took a test got a BFN at 12 days to my next period made me happy but the nauseous won't go away

I think twelve days before your period is too early to detect pregnancy. Maybe wait a week or so and test again but only a pregnancy test will tell you if your pregnant.
