hello all, fob sees lo twice a week for 3 hours each time, i wanted to change one day just for this from fri (today, last time he saw him was this tues) to sat he said he couldnt do sat cos hes working hes a taxi driver, so then i said ok sunday but he said 'ill pick him up at 1.30' i said i wont be home at 1.30 im going out for dinner, he cant pick him up from where ever iam cos he wont keep the carseat in his taxi, i have to keep it at mine and i provide him with nappy,wetsipes ect, so then he said this -

'ok im fed up of your controlling ways u need to grow up and start putting dylan and elisha first stop playing your games or let the courts decide when i see him and the csa decide how much i pay which wil be £5.00'

my question is even though iam not denying access can he still take he to court? iam putting my children first and why does he bring my daughter in to this when he isnt her father xxx

Im unsure really, But why would CSA only make him pay a fiver if hes a taxi driver? you can report that.

I'm unsure about the court thing but it will take him ages, and their all pro mediation these days so u'd both more then likely have to attend that b4 it even gets to court as thats always a last resort, which seeing as your being reasonable in the contact I can't see that happening.

If his only giving u a fiver, why are u providing his things? He wants his son then he can bloody provide for him.. When FOB eventually gets unsupervised access with LO I sure as hell won't be providing anything as he pays nothing!! x

at the mo he gives me £100 a month, he says if it went through csa id only get a fiver as his tax return is nil xx

he's a taxi driver, if you went through CSA I'd imagine you'd get more than £100 a month. I'm only a nurse and I used the CSA calculator (link to see how much I'd have to pay (curiosity) and I'd have to pay £50 a week!!

As for court, you've only asked him to change one day, and he's unlikely to get more than what he's already getting already.

nah can he heck not if your not denning acsess and hes getting them for as long as hes ok with they wouldent even list it for mediation the courts wouldent waist there time on that you only pay £5 maintanace if your on benifits
