10 days post op....I am still spotting....TM TM TMI.............................
.........................a sort of creamy red spotting WTF.
I am not sure if this is normal or could I have an infection. I would normally just wait it out but in the past that has turned out to be the wrong thing to do.
My poor poor FS, I think I should at least wait until tomorrow before giving him a call to question him on it.

Have any of you had a Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy? Do you recall how long after it you had spotting? I also still have a sore stomach but it is more in the groin area. I had really hoped DH and I could have resumed :sex: by now but with all this going on, we obviously can't.

Any advice you might have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks x

After my lap I spotted for two weeks then got my period. It's perfectly natural.

I had a hysteroscopy and a DNC back in November and all I did really was spot for about a week. I have heard that the spotting can last longer though. If you are not comfortable with what you are experiencing, then I would contact your FS first thing in the morning. Good luck!

Hey lovely lady, hope your ok, I dont no much on post LAP, but hoping its all normal for you
xxx

Sorry hun - I've not had a Lap ... I really hope it's nothing to worry about though ... Call your FS if you're not happy though - I'm sure they won't mind ...

I called my FS today and the nurse said I mustn't worry. Apparently it can be normal to spot up to 6 weeks and it is also normal to have the odd pain/cramp for the same amount of time.

Luckily I started feeling better shortly the phone call and spotting has almost stopped i think. Murphy's Law!!

Thanks ladies.
