Hi everyone,
I'm 39 and I was on Provera for 4 months from my fertility Dr, this is my first month off of it since I finally got my cycle after dropping 20 pounds and eating a clean diet, except I am bleeding Extremely Heavy with Lots of clots, I'm exhausted because of course being anemic from the massive bleeding, no other symptoms. I've been on this cycle for a month now, My friend who is a nurse practitioner said that my body needs a few months to regulate itself. Has anyone been through this too? Is there anything I can do to feel better while i'm transitioning to a healthier body?
