Help! Rash!!

So Bella has just started developing this red rash on her face, behind her ear and its now on her shoulders and torso. Have obv done the glass thing and it disappears. Am concerned cos she was around a little girl on fri who has just come out with chicken pox...what do you all think it could be?
I thought at first it was heat rash or teething rash but now im not so sure.

it could be chicken pox and you'll know fairly quickly if it is as the red dots will turn into a watery blister and there'll be loads of them, It could be a virus though too; just keep an eye on it xx
