Hello everyone..I'm being induced Tuesday due to iugr. We are expecting a nicu stay and parking is about 15 bux a day.I was wondering how you ladies pay for parking going to the hospital everyday? Anyone gotten help from the hospital?

You're in the US yes? I can't help but wanted to clarify as things can work differently depending on where you are located. I hope someone can give you some answers soon xxx

I know our hospital offer a weekly parking ticket, it may be worth speaking to the hospital to see if they have something similar? I am in the uk and so don't know if it would be different.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that! My son spent 18 days in the NICU and we're in the US, but we didn't have to pay to park. Could you ask the hospital if they have any programs?

At the hospital we will be going too if you're on the children's ward, nicu or delivery parking doesn't have to be paid.X

Definitely ask the hospital if they have any programs. Both major NICUs around me have free parking.

The social worker at our hospital filled out a form for us and we got a free parking pass from the parking office at the hospital. We just had to pay the $5 for the card.

Our NICU gave us a parking pass so we didn't have to pay, we'd just show it to the attendant every time we left and had no charge.

When our boys were in the NICU (in 2 different states) they gave us parking passes (we did not have to pay).

When my daughter wasn't well in hospital (not in nicu) we had to pay for parking every day but this is in the uk x

Hi were in the uk and when my little girl was in icu with meningitis we could buy a weekly parking ticket for £7 x
