Help what is this

I apparently id early i should have od today. I got a few pos opks early some o pain and my temp went up so ff says i am 4 dpo.

Today i got super cramps right accross my cervix i couldnt straighten or walk and now constant pain on my left ovary did an opk and its neg. Is there a chance its all wrong and i od today? Surely too early for implantation. Had this sortof pain when i o but not days after. Its weird

I think it's called corpus leutem pain or something like that. It has to do with the follicles if I remember correctly. Don't know about your cervix cramping but I tend to notice twinges and such more durning the tww.
