HELP: what on earth does PCR stand for in my notes :s

ok so when i saw my consultant on thursday he wrote a few notes in my maternity notes

Bring forward my GTT to 26 weeks
Growth scans and A/N clinic at 28,32 and 36
Repeat PCR on 15/10/12 (15th october, so tomorrow)

But i have no clue what PCR means And I wasn't asked to go back in or anything, infact only noticed it this morning when i was looking at my notes.

Midwife also wrote - sinus Tachycardia otherwise NAD,Dr Sen happy for her to go home.

also confused on what NAD means???

Can anybody help because google is useless!

protein:creatinine ratio - testing urine for protein which can indicate PE - really common testing I had it later in pregnancy at every appointment

NAD - no abnormalities detected xxx
