Help! When will I ovulate after miscarriage?

Hello, my first time posting!
I just suffered my 4th MC. I lost 2, then I have 2 healthy children in between, now i ve lost two more in the past 2 years. however I have a clotting disorder, and that is why I keep miscarrying. I went to a 10 week scan on 3/21 to find baby had died at 6 weeks. Had misoprostol to induce MC 3/24 since my body just doesn't get it. Didn't actually pass baby until 3/30. I was not on daily injections of lovenox with the last two MC like I was with my 2 births because I didn't make it to the Dr in time to get a prescription. Insurance took forever. So here I am again...wanting to conceive immediately before first AF, but I have no idea when I would consider CD1. I haven't had much EWCM nor O pain. Hubby is eager to try again which is weird because I had to beg him for the one we just lost. We have been BDing every other day since for a week but I'm not sure if I'll ovulate at all. Can anyone help? What day do i consider day 1? First day of bleeding 3/24 or day I passed everything 3/30? Also, when did you ovulate after MC? Did you have typical O symptoms? I need to be preggo like I need air right now and would love any advice or storied of people in a similar situation. Feel so alone right now and seems like everyone I know is pregnant so easily with no complications :-/

I am in the same boat. I miscarried on 04/15 and I have no idea when or if I ovulated. You are most fertile after a miscarriage so keep trying!

I had an ERPC (d&c) and I used that as cd1. I temped and used opks and o'd cd19 (6 days later than normal). It's the March chart in my signature if you want to look. We bd a few times but didn't really try as I get +opks the day I o so we didn't have much notice. We didn't conceive that cycle and af arrived 15 days later - so no change in lp. I understand the need to be pregnant straight away, I feel that too. I found it harder than I thought I would when it didn't happen. But they say you are more fertile after a mc for the first few cycles so there is hope for us all. I'm so sorry for your loss, fx you get that sticky bean soon.

I have never charted or used OPK's. it was so easy for me to tell before when I ovulated I never needed any help. I guess this month im just so desperate to get preggo im so obsessed with ovulating. I did however have a high open cervix on sunday and Monday, had a little bit of wet cm (tmi) sunday, and had a dizzy spell Monday afternoon. maybe I ovulated Monday? yesterday I had a low closed cervix and a little wet, now today it is medium high and creamy cm. again tmi probably. if I remember correctly creamy is after you ovulate right? so maybe it happened. we did dtd sunday twice so that's good now I don't know what to expect in the TWW. when does the cervix go high again if I conceived? what will cm be like if I did? I feel like I know nothing anymore!!!

yes it is so awful that there's so many women that have to go through this. I've found so much support on this site though, I'd have felt very alone otherwise.

We're all different but I get creamy cm before and after o. I get around 4 days of ewcm/wet cm leading up to o. I also didn't notice any difference in my cm when I was pregnant vs not. But I know some people do. Can't help with the cervix thing, never managed to get to grips with that!!

sometimes I feel like an expert at the whole cm/cervix thing....but some days when its up, down, sideways lol, wet, dry, sticky...all in one day...I feel like I have no idea! especially after mc. everything is so out of wack. we dtd every other day all last week when I felt "open and wet", so all I can do is hope that works. im just gonna assume that Monday was O date and go from there. so that makes me 2 or 3 dpo I guess. definitely be trolling this site for the next 2 weeks til I get AF or BFP!
