Can you tell me how I am able to setup a poll?

When you post a thread, there are options at the bottom to include a poll. After posting the initial post, it will take you to the poll options

You also need to be advanced reply nto the quick reply option then below the reply box you will see 'Additional Options', tick the poll box before you submit the thread.
