Help with bloat!

I'm 5+4 and already look 4 months gone because of the bloating. Last 2 pregnancies it wasn't as noticeable but now I've lost 7 stone it's hard to hide.

I'm drinking plenty water and fruit juice, walk loads and limiting salt intake but it's not shifting.

Any tips?
 
Hi, it helps to me to have pealed fruits for breakfast specially kiwi and pears. And also a bit of hvare both in the mornings and before go to bed.
I was told to consume a lot of fiber, that should be my best friend for bloating and constipation, and also that someone women react to banana and apples, so i should be careful with that intake ( my case)
