help with middle name please

Hi guys.
Right if i have a son it will called Michael after my husband.

He wants Julian as a middle name after his mum (julia) and i dont like it would prefer julia as a middle naem for a girl so we are umming and ahhhing over names.

His uncle Tony died when he was a child and thoguht of Anthony as a middle name or he likes Patrick as its a good old Irish name.

The surname is Quinlan.

Any other ideas would be great.

Nahh I really like it! It's traditional but not old-fashioned, like he could be called Mike as a teenager etc
I'm a teenager myself and almost all the people I know at college have traditional names
