Help with my 16 week scan!

We have a VERY modest baby, obviously. The whole time the legs were either crossed, or the leg was bent with the foot over the goods. The tech was able to get a side shot and a super quick potty shot. There weren't the typical three lines, or scrotum and penis. She says girl, but I wanted to get an opinion or two before announcing to family and friends. Thank you for all of your help!

Hmm that's a tough one! Our little was being very shy this morning too but she finally moved and we got some good potty shots. Before she started cooperating the tech said she was fairly certain on her being a girl, because from a side view there was a flat spot (kind of like what yours is showing in the 2nd pic). It's hard to tell though, because the first pic COULD be boy parts. Our tech told us that until she gets the true 3 lines she won't say 100%.

Thank you ladies!! I'm going to hope it stays girl for our 20 week scan. Babydreams, yeah the tech said the side view was the 2nd best way to tell if the legs were crossed. She said that some babies don't have the telling three lines that young, but I know it's possible because we found out with my DD around the same time.

we had the same problem at our 16 weeks scan and were also told girl, mainly from a side view - hoping she stays girly at the 20 week scan next week!! keep us updated xx

From your first pic,I would say girl.but your second pic (side view) looks like mine did today And I'm having a boy!! Lol.the first pic deffo doesn't look like boy parts tho so I would say girl for you x
