Help with my angel care moniter

Ive looked online but can't find what I'm looking for.

My angel care moniter doesn't transmit the sound from my nursery. It tells me she's moving. But no sound. It will occasionally come in and it'll last 5 seconds, but then it goes again. I have no idea how to fix it. Both parts are working fine, and I've followed all the instructions. :/

Do you mean that it doesn't transmit continuous sound? It's not meant to. The sound will only click in when LO makes a noise. You can change the sensitivity so that it doesn't pick up all the little grunts and sleep noises too.

Yeah it's not like an old fashioned monitor, it just switches on the sound when baby makes a noise, so you can hear. Rather clever really!..but I too thought I could hear sound[or hopefully non!-sleeping baby!] all the time, but I bet that is distracting/worrying all the time, and you don't get the buzzing noise all during the night.

Just found out that apparently OFCOM regulated monitors to no longer give continuous sound because of interference with other appliances and wifi in urban areas.
