Help with my chart please?

Hi, I got a positive OPK yesterday, and my temp has gone up a bit today. Not sure what went on earlierwith my temp spike,but I just think I was being inconsistent back then and sometimes got up to go to the toilet etc, before coming back and tempting.

Is my temp rise today considered enough to have ovulated if its sustained tomorrow? got 2 positive OPKs yesterday and back to negative today.

If you got a positive opk yesterday you are more likely to O today or tomorrow. So give a day or two and your temps will rise.

Not a rise, too early for a rise. Tomorrow or the next day would show a rise if you O. CAMC for you
