if its the one I'm thinking of, its supposed to be a marinade, so you cover your chicken in it for 24 hours, then cook them... although we've done it this way, we've also just had it on the side warmed up or poured over the chicken.
with the marinades, i usually have the chicken breasts in a dish and pour the sauce over the night before, totally covering the chicken and leave it in the fridge til the next day until ready to cook! theres actually a nandos website with some recipes on it if your stuck xx
If its marinade then you cook it in the sauce, best to leave it soaking in it for a while first.
If its called table sauce then you use it like you would ketchup.
Dont get the two confused like I did with a bbq marinade many years ago because marinade can make you feel rather sick if you use it like ketchup for dipping
