So I just bought some and I have some chicken fillets to cook. Do I put the sauce on them before cooking or afterwards? :)

You can get different types but if its just the sauce you just add it at the end, I just put some at the side of my plate  x

You can do both but i just add it to the side of the plate

if its the one I'm thinking of, its supposed to be a marinade, so you cover your chicken in it for 24 hours, then cook them... although we've done it this way, we've also just had it on the side warmed up or poured over the chicken.

If it's the marinade I just pour it over the chicken before cooking I also add peppers and onions and omg it's delish :)

with the marinades, i usually have the chicken breasts in a dish and pour the sauce over the night before, totally covering the chicken and leave it in the fridge til the next day until ready to cook! theres actually a nandos website with some recipes on it if your stuck xx

If its marinade then you cook it in the sauce, best to leave it soaking in it for a while first.
If its called table sauce then you use it like you would ketchup.
Dont get the two confused like I did with a bbq marinade many years ago because marinade can make you feel rather sick if you use it like ketchup for dipping :)

i find the marinades much hotter than the table sauces. even when its both a medium i buy. hot hot hot :D x

ooooh yum!! we bought a load and smothered the chicken in it then put them on the BBQ 10 mins later. It was gorgeous!! x
