Hi everyone, I'm really hoping someone can help me out. I gave birth to my angel daughter in November and my husband and I are trying to conceive again this month. I started using the advanced clear blue OPKs this month and they worked exactly like they said they would. Two days of flashing smileys than my peak solid smiley came on Sunday. I started taking my bbt on Saturday (that's when my long awaited bbt thermometer finally came in) and my temp lowered after the predicted opk but then rose again today. Can someone please take a look at my chart and give me some advice. I feel really overwhelmed with TTC after my loss and I just want to start my journey again. Since I've never temped nor used OPKs im so lost. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Well, first off, are you being consistent with your temp taking? Same time every day? No getting up? Atleast 3 hrs of sleep? If not, any of the things could skew your temps.

With that being said, it could be possible you O'd on the day of your temp dip. Opks are not meant to predict an exact day, they only let you know that you are having your LH surge. After the surge you can Ovulate anywhere from 12-48hrs later. :)

Either way, your intercourse timing is great! And you also have EWCM on the day of your temp dip, so it seems likely to me that CD19 is your O day. You should see your temp go up again tomorrow

Thank you so much for the response I was getting worried that no one would! I have been being quite consistent but I tend to wake up when my hubby goes to work than fall back asleep so that could be skewing them a little. My temp did go up to 97.6 this morning so that's the highest it's been this cycle. Fingers crossed..I'm just so scared of being infertile after the loss of my daughter.

How about yourself where are you at in your cycle?
