I'm really excited!!! my partner has just said yes to trying!!!
But I'm nervous as it'll be my first.
I've always been really broody and I'm incredibly lucky, happy and in love with the guy that I'm with and he's being incredibly supportive.
Just nervous and unsure of what to do/expect
    help?!

    Welcome!

My DH and I just decided to start trying as well. I started by eating healthy (trying to at least), taking a prenatal vitamin, not drinking alcohol, limiting caffeine (almost nothing, but I need that one cup of Chai Tea in the afternoon), and getting some exercise.

Then I began to chart my temps and next month I will try using ovulation prediction strips (OPKs).

    Good Luck!

We decided to start ttc a few months ago and then the next day I got all nervous and worried about finances etc so backed out!! Got so teary last month because I was soooo broody that we agreed to stop being so sensible all the time and just see what happens.

We threw the rest of my bcp down the toilet so I wouldn't be able to talk myself out of it again the next day!!
Now I have got over the initial fear I know we have made the right decision and I am so excited!

So don't worry I am sure your nervousness will disapear within days!!
