help!

I'm starting Clomid this cycle (CD 3-7) and yesterday (sorry if TMI) I started with brownish CM in the morning (pretty much only when I wiped) and fully expected it to progress to full blown AF by night time...well, it didn't. It just progressed into a proper bleed today. So do I classify yesterday as CD 1 or today???? Advice please!

i class day one as the first day you need sanitary protection x so sounds like yesterday spotting and today is cd1
