Help!

Im waiting on blood test to come back but wanted to see what others thought... I have PCOS and my periods are very irregular, around august 17th I had an abnormal period, unlike any ive ever had lots of cramping even tho I usually do not cramp, and very short 2-3 days where mine are normally 5-7 days,went to the obgyn and they ruled out infection... Less than a week late I started have extreme fatigue and some nausea... Didnt think too much of it at the time, then a woman I work with who has guessed at least 20 pregnancy told me she thought I was preggo... I told her she was crazy but since then Ive continued light cramping (no bleeding) lower back aches headaches all the time nausea when I first wake up and after I eat and belching like crazy...?? Am I pregnant or could it be some sort of GI thing? anxious.. will know Tuesday just wanted another opinion! thanks!

hi didnt wanna read & run, it is a possibility that you could be pregnant, sounds like your showing all the signs. The bleed you did have may have been implantation.
Im no expert though, but would be worth picking up a test.
