how much formula does a 2,5 week old baby who weighs around 9lbs need? I'm combi feeding every now and again, and i feel awful as i think i over fed charlie today with formula as he was just really really really sick (he's never really been sick before as he's mainly breast fed)

at 9lb 5oz, i think bella was on 4oz every 4 hours or so, but that was when she was 5 weeks. at 2.5 weeks, she was on about 3oz every 3-4 hours.
