fob's text me threatening to kill himself, and i dont know what to do just soyou know, we have a very bad relationship, where he can be emotionally and physically abusive, so i'm not sure if this is an extension of that...

Is there anyone of his friends or family that you can let know? Tbh I would let someone else deal with it. I don't wish to sound unsympathetic, but if you have an abusive relationship then my guess would be it is an extension of that.

If there is nobody else you can inform, the police would deal with it if you let them know.

Not to sound unsymapathetic but he is probably lying, i would send the message on to a family member and let them sort him.

He is prob doing this for a reaction and to regain control.

^ agreed! Sounds like emotional blackmail to me hun, my ex did this to me, actually took an overdose and then called me, it was just a way to continue to control me. I called his dad and an ambulance, went with him to hospital and left when his dad arrived, never spoke to him after that. He did it for my attention thats all. Your ex sounds the same, don't let him put that on you, inform his family and let him get on with it xx

Thanks, I've called his mum and turned my phone off... She said he's done it to her and his last 2 exes!

Well done hun, i know its tough but you can't let him control you like that, he'd just find new ways to make you come running if you gave him the attention he wanted! He sounds like he has many problems espacially if hes done it to others, focus on you and baby and leave him to it, he will realize that he can't control you anymore and move on xx
