help?!

FOB has just turned up and is adamant that he will be taking LO out tomorrow as it used to be his day for seeing her, but i'm concerned he won't bring her back. is there anyway i can get some kind of temporary injunction against him like on the grounds that i'm not sure how stable he is right now?

No, they haven't been to court.
She means that was the day they arranged through solicitors. FOB has been messing them round from day 1, and has said on several occasions he doesn't want to bee Summer.. And he moved to London and said he wouldn't see her until November.
If Sarah doesn't mind me saying, FOB is acting really erratically and personally I wouldn't be surprised if he was taking drugs.
Oh and he's threatened to not bring her back before

If you don't feel comfortable, don't let her go hun Keep the door locked, calmly explain over th phone or through the door if necesary. If he causes trouble or wont leave CALL THE POLICE. Also, book an appt with a solicitor and sort something out x
