last night i started reading a book called making babies, sami s david, md & jill blakeway, Lac

it has advice for all types of things low sperm, pcos, to what could be causing infertility in those that have infertility without a reason from a dr.

well last night there was information i highlighted i thought would be helpful not just for me but for other couples,

one was about low sperm, i know we get our water from a well, if thats where ur water comes from check make sure its not high in heavy metals and mercury ( i figured i would share that as me and my hubby never realized that could be it, so we are going to get the water tested and switch to bottle water)

something i read about vitamins for pcos is "bumping up vitamin D intake to adequate levels can restore ovulation in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome"

these are little things that i never realized plus theres alot more facts i didnt know. if you are looking for a good read with lots of information i would suggest this book if i see any other points worth sharing i will post it in this post . i got to say i am learning alot and its in detail to!

what does 800 to 1000 iu mean? If I am on a prenatal do I still need to take more vitamin D?

it says in the book it is recomended to take 800 to 1000 iu of vitamin d and not to go over that amount as the sun helps with vitamin D to, so i guess it would be checking how much is in your prenatal.
