My husband and I have been trying since June and it has been nothing but fails. I take prenatal vitamins, I have been tracking when I m most fertile, I have been told to prop my hips up for 20 minutes after. Is there any other tips to help or and advice you can give me?

Sorry hun. :( You're surrounded by ladies here who know exactly how it feels. You say you've been tracking...by that do you mean charting, or just taking OPKs and judging by your body? I believe the statistic is that a healthy couple only has about a 20% chance of getting pregnant each cycle, so it's not necessarily anything wrong that you can do differently.

How often do you BD around your O time? My doctor told me it's best to only do every other day, so if you're doing every day you might try that since it gives your DH a break to "replenish" his sperm.

Also, has your DH had a semen analysis done? If everything seems in working order with your body, it might be worth looking into. If you do that and he checks out fine, and if you're charting and see no strangeness in your own cycle, it's totally fine to make an appointment with a fertility doc if you haven't conceived by the six-month mark (as opposed to the one-year mark so many people talk about).

Best of luck, hope you get your BFP soon.

Tracking I have done charting and OPKs. BD happened every other day during the time of being fertile. DH has not gotten an analysis.

Do you have a link to your charts?

Have you tried preseed? This is my first cycle using it internally as last cycle i had zero EWCM, sods law is that as soon as i bought 2 tubes this month i have had plently of EWCM, now 2dpo and still have it?!

If we could see your charts we might be able to help more :)

Hey ladies can you tell me what you think of my chart so far? Yesterday temp was taken hours late and after I used the rest room at 98.14 - so I didn't count it. Chart in signature.

Babifever it's looking good!! Give it a few more days and test! FX!

I just started a online tracker now and I went back to October 1st so I could have a little bit of my tracking on it.

Hey there! My DH and I are in the exact same spot. We have been TTC since May/June and are now on our 6th cycle. I can totally relate to your situation. It's really easy for me to jump to the worst possible conclusion every month when AF comes, and my mind automatically goes to all the things that could be wrong with me or anything we might have missed. This is especially true after yet another friend posts their pregnancy announcement.
But hang in there!! Don't be discouraged. There are a lot of women here who are/have been in our shoes. Conception is bound to be different for each couple, and eventually your precious baby will be worth the wait. :winkwink: I wish you the best this time around!

Hi. I am in the same shoes as you ladies. I have been TTC since July and while I am hoping to get my BFP on Saturday or Sunday, I know it can be hard to wait and constantly see your af come when others can seem to get pregnant at the drop of a hat. Its funny how that works.
