Helping & preventing drooling rash?

Any tips?

Caitlin has it so bad its awful and she is drooling so much its pretty gross and so is the rash its leaving on her face

i used to put vaseline on maddison so the drool dribbled off it did help loads!

Would you rub it into the skin then so you don't notice but it still protects?

yup u got it spot on..if we were in the house id cover her extra well as no one could see her...thy dont like the taste so you shouldnt have any probs of her eating it but she may rub it off

we've used kamosilan (sp) just because I couldn't find any vaseline. It worked okay but I can't imagine it tasted very nice if it got in his mouth!

I use Zinc and Caster Oil cream. Rubs in really well and is a brillient barrier. It lasts ages too

Im just careful I dont get in/round her mouth

I used it for her bum too when she was getting bad nappy rash. Its very much like vaseline but i find it tends to work better for me
