I normally have an issue with hemroids anyway, but knowing that it's a common problem with pregnant women I won't be surprised if I have issues in that department while pregnant. Just wanted to share a little tip that I found that helps me.
Buy unscented/no-alcohol baby wipes and keep them by the toilet. There are even flushable kinds. Whenever you go #2, even if you don't have hemroids at the time, use the baby wipes instead of toilet paper. I've found that the TP tends to cause more irritation which can lead to hemroids whereas the baby wipes are very gentle. And of course when going, never push.
Also, eat your fiber! Eat as much fiber as you can and drink tons of water. Put flax seed in blueberry muffins, high fiber cereal, sprinkle some fiber in your yogurt etc. If you can't manage to stomach the fiber try metamucil.
