So not really sure where to post this so thought id try here first. Alot of youtube mums in america ive seen recently have used a mix of herbs in the bath that helps with healing etc and wondered if anyone knows what it is and if you can get hold of it in the uk?

Not herbal exactly, but my IMW recommended a few drops of either tea tree or lavender essential oils in a tiny bit of milk (to help it disperse) in the bath to help stiches heal.

Here are the herbs I've used in a self-prepared post-partum bath (can be used in a sitz bath or in the tub bath):

uva ursi, yarrow, comfrey leaf, witch hazel bark, lavender flower

For a sitz: add 3+ tablespoons of loose herb mixture to 1 quart boiling water, steep at least 20 minutes. Strain & add salt. Use infusion as hot as possible.
