Hi guys, I just had my first iui and was wondering what herbal treatments everyone does for ttc?
I've been going to accupuncture and drinking raspberry leaf tea... Now that Ill be on my tww are there any other treatments that could help?

I'm also eating more fish, eggs, Brazilian nuts and drinking milk and pineapple juice. It's funny this whole journey makes you realize your body is a temple and you're the only one who can take care of it.

Also what's everyone's opinion on caffeine and alcohol?

This isn't herbal, but I started fertility yoga this past spring and I've really been enjoying it. Supposedly it really helps with blood flow and I know it makes me feel better and more relaxed. I bought the book Yoga and Fertility: A Journey to Health and Healing along with the audio routines from the website. I've even gotten my DH to do it with me!

As for caffeine and alcohol, I don't drink either of them normally anyway, so I'm keeping it that way during TTC.

I love raspberry leaf but I take the capsules its very good at preparing the uterus for pregnancy. I dont drink alcohol while TTC , I do still have a tsp of instant coffee with pure cocoa in the morning. one cup of coffee a day is fine for TTC and pregnancy.

Hi,

I take Maca, Vitex, natural progesterone cream, and Raspberry Leaf tea (as well as a prenatal vitamin). I've only done this for one cycle so far, so I can't really say how it's working. As for caffeine, I've done a lot of research and have decided that having one can of soda/cup of coffee per day isn't going to make much of a difference. I have a Diet Pepsi every day.
