Just after some stories of how you guys went if you tried chinese herbs to regulate your cycles?
After the pill i had no cycle for months and then an anovulatory cycle. I started acupuncture and 1 week later i ovulated (i put it down to relaxing knowing that my friend who is my TCM DR was taking over my burden for me). My cycle was 44 days and i am now on CD14 with no signs of ovulation. Im on the pre ov herbs at the moment and hoping they will reduce this cycle and i ovulate soon.
What are your experiences?
