He's finally here

So after going 11 days over and being booked for an induction at 8am this morning, I went in to town to get a couple of bits I needed at 5pm yesterday. Contractions started at 15 minutes apart, then 7 minutes, then 5 all quite quickly! Called labour and delivery and they said to come in! By the time I got here (7.30pm yesterday) they were every 2-3 and I was 5cm! Gas and air until 12.20am when they decided to break my waters as they kept losing heartbeat on the monitor. Contractions came quick and fast after that, and after 40 minutes of pushing, and baby being stuck as he had his hand above his head baby boy Vincent "Vinnie" William was born weighing 8lb 13.5oz and 57cm long!!!! Exhausted, saw and I'm pretty sure my foof looks like leather face but he's perfectly worth it! Can't wait to introduce him to big bro later!!! Xx
