When do people usually come over here from TTC? Im completely in 2 minds about where I "belong"

Weve only been actively (with charts etc) trying for 10 months...but were trying casually for 2 years prior to that

After another BFN this month Im starting to feel very down, and weve decided to go ahead with testing to look into our problem. Im unsure what exactly they will do...I know my husband will need a sperm count but apart from that Im clueless really

I have regular 30-35 day cycles, except when Im very stressed (I miss a month then)

No other problems really except often pain during sex and recently I have had a lot of twinges in my left ovary area

Im really sorry if I shouldnt be posting here yet...its just no-one undersands why Im not pregnant yet and so I dont really have anyone to talk to about the testing etc who would be supportive

Sorry your having it rough, have you had any tests done atall yet?

The pains you mention during sex could be linked to endro, but dont quote me on that just a flying thought.

Welcome over...don't think it's a case of where we belong, I've been TTC nearly two years (some cycles, casually as you say), but I flit back and forth with the TTC girls. Just a little more understood over here that somethings take longer than others.

I'm sorry you've had such a hard time
I would definately see your Dr. and tell him about the pain you're experiencing and how long you've been trying for. The pain and twinges could be endo, and it's better to find out sooner than later. It's also a good plan to get DH to have a SA.

Hi hun, you post whereever you feel comfortable, the girls in here are very lovely and understanding with a wealth of experience and knowledge for those who are taking a bit longer to get there I am having my first set of bloods tomorrow and dh is doing his sample on wednesday so we can help each other through this if you like. My advice is to book a double appt with your doc (so you dont feel rushed in there) and take you dh with you to talk about this and start with some tests.

Welcome! this board is very understanding. It feels like a little sanctuary for me when I don't know where to 'belong' in general with trying for a baby. I hope you can find some type of relief here also!

As the other girls have said, various tests are the way to go. To put your mind at ease and get you some answers.
