Hi ladies.. could you advise?

I'm in the middle of miscarrying, all confirmed today.

Could anyone tell me how long it will before I get my next cycle? My blood draw today showed my hgc levels at 44 today and I'm still bleeding heavily.

I expect by next week I'll get a negative pg test..

Any words would be appreciated

Hi , I am very sorry about your loss
I started my bleeding last night ( my hcg levels were 34.9 and I am suppose to be 5 weeks)

This will be my second miscarriage. My first mc I got my first cycle exactly 26 days after my mc bleeding which my cycle is every 26-28 days. My hcg levels with my first mc dropped quickly but with this mc my levels were at 33 on Monday now last night it wasa 34.9 so Im not sure when to expect my first cycle. It really sucks .

I'm not sure I want to start ttc straight away but would like to know how long it takes to get all back to normal. . Who knows I might feel ready in a few weeks xx

I kind of feel like i would want to try right away but I know I will be stressed once I do get a bfp again. Do you know how far along you were when you miscarried?

Reeve, I am so sorry for your loss. I am currently going through a mc as well. My first miscarriage was directly before this pregnancy and it took about 4 days for my levels to return to 0 once they were 44 as well. I ovulated a few days later than usual but the physical recovery seemed fast as I tested positive on 5/1. Your miscarriage sounds like it was early enough that you should get back to normal pretty fast. Good luck...your not alone. I know how much it hurts. But hopefully we will all get our true BFP's soon with our sticky beans

I was about 5 weeks. My levels got up to about 150 odd on Sunday but I started bleeding Monday afternoon and yesterday was when it turned heavy etc. And my levels today were 44. Xx

Hopefully they will drop fast for you. They should keep being monitored until they get below 5, if they don't drop it could be eptopic or may need a d&c. But with how much they have dropped already, it probably won't take long. After my first cp my cycle was like mssk, I Oed a couple days late (when counting first day of heavy flow as CD1) and this time it seems to be normal, I should be Oing today and all signs point to it, but my numbers didn't get quite as high.

I know it isn't much of an answer, but everyone's body will handle it differently. I'm really sorry for your loss, unfortunately many of us know what you are going through and are eager to try again. Just make sure your levels drop to below 5 before trying again (though if it is above that I don't think you will ovulate, so it wouldn't matter) also, as an FYI, my HPTs showed positive even after my bloods went way down, the hormones take longer to leave your urine than they take to leave your blood, so you may get positive HPTs a little after.

I'm so sorry for you all.

I was 8 wks, but I think it only made it to the size of 6 wks. I got my period 29 days after d&c. Had tried to mc naturally for 2 wks leading up to d&c. I'm already starting to get fuzzy on the details (which is hard to believe because I was obsessing over numbers at the time), but I think hcg was 12,000 going into d&c. I got a bfn 16 days after d&c, but it was the first time I tested so maybe it zeroed out before then.
