She is 2 weeks

At 2 weeks over I would be asking for an induction if no sign of baby coming on their own ! X

I agree with kiwiberry. Call the Dr. It's unusual that they wouldn't offer induction that far past due as the placenta can start to degrade.

Definitely not unusual. My coworker has a daughter who had to be induced after two weeks passed due for all three pregnancies. I think my coworker did as well. Some women and some pregnancies do go late. In this day, the docs should either be monitoring growth closely or go ahead and induce at 1-2 weeks over. Hoping y’all have a smooth delivery!
