hiding piercing scars

I had three piercings on my bottom lip which I took out years ago.

I still have little holes where they were - you could easily put jewellery back in them.

Recently I've been using liquid foundation to cover them. It works a little bit, but I feel the liquid foundation isn't enough.

I'm no good when it comes to make up and what to use. Is there anything else that I could use which would make them appear a lot less? Like a concealer or something?

They're very noticeable when left alone and putting a bit of foundation in them makes them disappear slightly but I'm sure there's something else I could do in addition?
