High calcium foods

Milk, yogurt, cheese, and even ice cream are the richest sources. Some veg are good sources too, such as asparagus, broccolli, kale, green beans. Tinned tomatoes contain more than fresh tomatoes, so I've read.

yep agree with all of this :thumbup:
 
Tinned salmon mashed with the bones, too. They are very soft and edible.
